We are thrilled to announce that The Inaugural Concert of the Phnom Penh Youth Symphony Orchestra will be taking place at PPIIA’s Concert Hall, on April 30, 2022 (Saturday) at 4:30PM.

==ELIGIBILITY==

Students – all currently enrolled university students.
Professionals – all independent artists and individuals working in a design-related field.

*All submitted artwork must be the original creation of the applicant.

==SUBMISSION GUIDELINES==

1. One Work of Art:

Submit one original piece for exhibition. While artists are encouraged to explore this year’s festival theme, Together, previously created works are also welcome. The spirit of Together lies not only in the artwork itself, but in the act of coming together as a creative community to celebrate and share diverse expressions.

All works must be physical and ready for exhibition. Submissions may include 3D models, wearable designs, printed artworks, or other creative formats. Please ensure your piece is professionally presented and suitable for display.

Size guidelines:

2D works: Minimum A3, Maximum A1, 300 DPI for digital file
3D works: Base dimensions must be between 30 x 30 cm and 50 x 50 cm.

Fashion Design – Applicants may choose between the following two options:

Exhibit Display – Submit one wearable artwork (e.g., clothing, accessories, bags, scarves)
Fashion Show – Submit one look or a small collection (up to 5 outfits) to be featured on the runway. Final details regarding fittings, models, and rehearsals will be provided upon acceptance.

សិល្បៈករម្នាក់អាចដាក់ស្នាដៃសិល្បៈចំនួន១សម្រាប់តាំងពិពរណ៏។ ដោយលែកពីការជំរុញអោយសិល្បៈករទាំងអស់គ្នាស្វែងយល់និងធ្វេីស្នាដៃឡេីងក្នុងប្រធានបទ ”ការរួបរួមគ្នា”យេីងក៏នៅតែមានការស្វាគមន៏សម្រាប់ស្នាដៃសិល្បៈដែលអ្នកបានធ្វេីពីមុនសម្រាប់ដាក់ពាក្យផងដែរ។ក្នុងស្មារតី“ការរួមរួមគ្នា”គឺមិនរំពឹងលេីតែស្នាដៃសិល្បៈតែមួយមុខប៉ុណ្ណោះឡេីយប៉ុន្តែក៏ត្រូវមានការពឹងផ្អែកលេីការចូលរួមពីយេីងទាំងអស់គ្នាក្នុងនាមជាសិល្បៈករនិងសិល្បៈការនីផងដែរដេីម្បីអបអរនិងបញ្ជេញសំឡេងច្រេីន ផ្សេងៗគ្នា។

គ្រប់ស្នាដៃសិល្បៈទាំងអស់ត្រូវតែជារូបិយវត្ថុនិងមានសភាពរួចរាល់សម្រាប់ការដាក់ពិពរណ៏។ ឧទាហរណ៏កិច្ចការសិល្បៈដែលអាចដាក់បានមានដូចជា ម៉ូដែល3D, សម្ភារៈ ឫ សម្លៀកបំពាក់, កិច្ចការព្រីនរួចឫក៏វត្ថុផ្សេងៗ។ល។សូមប្រាកដថារាល់កិច្ចការដែលអ្នកដាក់បញ្ជូនមកគឺមានភាពសមរម្យសម្រាប់ការដាក់តាំងបង្ហាញ។

2. Artist Statement:

Submit a short statement (150-300 words) explaining your artwork. Please include the title, medium, and year of creation.

សូបដាក់បញ្ជូនសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៏សង្ខេបអំពីស្នាដៃរបស់អ្នក (១៥០-៣០០ពាក្យ)។ សូមភ្ជាប់មកជាមួយ ឈ្មោះស្នាដៃ, សម្ភារៈដែលបានប្រេីក្នុងស្នាដៃ និង ឆ្នាំក្នុងការបង្កេីតឡេីង។

==ARTWORK SUBMISSION DEADLINE==

All artwork must be delivered to PPUA by October 15, 2025.

Applicants are responsible for the transportation of their artwork.

==SELECTION PROCESS==

Due to limited space, there will be a selection process for artwork displayed at the festival’s exhibition.

The festival committee will carefully review all submissions and select the pieces that best fit the theme and objectives of the event.

Artists whose works are selected will be contacted via the contact information provided on the application form on October 22, 2025 with further instructions and details. We appreciate your patience and encourage all participants to showcase their creativity and unique perspectives in their submissions.

==DISPLAY AND CARE==

PPDF organizers do not take responsibility for any damage or loss of artworks during the exhibition.

Applicants must handle their own artwork during the event and during the setup process.

Applicants must make a list of their assets in order to store their artwork in the storage room.

==COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION==
Artists retain copyright of their submitted artworks.

By submitting artwork, artists grant PPDF organizers the right to use images of their artworks for promotional purposes.

សិល្បៈករទាំងអស់ដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មពិធីនេះនិងមានសិទ្ធក្នុងការរក្សាកម្មសិទ្ធបញ្ញារបស់ខ្លួនសម្រាប់ស្នាដៃរបស់ខ្លួន

By submitting an application, the artist agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

PPDF organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
