PPUA is proud to offer Master’s degrees in Music and Design. We are committed to educating future artists, educators, and innovators, empowering them to reach new heights of intellectual curiosity and inspire the next generation.
The Application Process
Begin by completing the application form and submit the required supporting documents at the main administrative office (located on the ground floor). There is a $5 fee.
All applicants will be automatically considered for scholarships based on merit and financial need—no separate application is required.

Once you submitted your application and supporting documents, sign up for the interview and English placement exam. The first interview/exam will be held on August 8, 2025, and there will be at least one exam per week through the end of November (we recommend scheduling your exam sooner than later, as merit awards are limited).
Be prepared to present the following during your scholarship exam:
Music Majors
- Instrumental, Piano, and Voice majors: Be prepared to perform three pieces, representing contrasting styles.
- Composition majors: Be prepared to share three most recent compositions, representing contrasting styles.
Design Majors
- Prepare a portfolio containing at least five pieces of your artwork.

After completing your scholarship exam, you’ll receive notification of your results typically within 2-3 business days.
To formally accept your place in the upcoming year’s class and secure your offer, pay a one-time registration fee of $100 USD at the main administrative office (located on the ground floor).
